As (78) but with a rare variation of the tractor front wheels, having bare metal hubs and tyres with HEAVY DUTY moulded on both sides.  We suggested on page 370 that this set came out for a short while just to use up ageing stock; this applied particularly to the Massey-Ferguson tractor.  This example must have been one of the last off the production line and given any suitable available wheels.
